IT support

Before your first day at Business Academy Aarhus, you will receive a username, a temporary password and a student e-mail on your email (or possibly in your Digital Post if you have one).

You must use the temporary password only to create a personal password that will give you access to all IT systems at the Business Academy.

Go to the page mobil.eaaa.dk and follow the video guide below to create your personal password. We recommend that you complete this step on your cell phone.

Your personal password must consist of at least 8 letters or numbers. If the password says <unknown>, you must contact the It-Servicedesk.

Once you have created your personal password, you are ready to log in to Canvas.

Once you have created your personal password, you can log in to Canvas. On Canvas you will find all information about your teaching. Please check Canvas before your first day at Business Academy Aarhus.

Remember to use your student e-mail as your username when you log in.

As a student, you have access to our wireless network throughout the Academy.

Select the EDU wireless network and follow the instructions.

You will need your username and password to access the wireless network.

By using the Academy's IT facilities, you agree to comply with applicable laws, including our IT policy, and you agree that you will use our IT systems in a professional, responsible, and considerate manner - and only for educational purposes.
